1) Kelly - thanks for setting the date/time. Thanks for the email, too!
2) I think we will do fine. We just need to come together this upcoming week and make a plan.
Can everyone meet at 7:30 on Saturday morning in our classroom? We should all bring ideas and firm them up!
3) I've worked with a high school (many times - was on the committee) through my volunteer activities at GE. I'll think back as to what we did. I know my old department is currently planning the holiday event with them. I'll contact them today and bring those ideas on Saturday - no worries with this - we will come up with some good things to do!
It's hard for working students to come together, but am confident we will do a great job! Please respond ASAP about Saturday.

Thanks KAren...I just had to be honest for a minute...you have helped assuage my fears! I'll hobble in at 7:30...anyone want to volunteer to bring coffee? Phil? I'd love a non fat no whip pumpin spice latte!

Kelly in response to your email earlier I think that you have great ideas as well as Karen I am sure that we will get a good grade also, Karen I will not be able to meet@ 7:30 I do feel that we are still having communications issues I have not heard from anyone except you and Karen Lucia once I do not understand what the problem is why communication is not going well still we are coming towards the end of this project and we still have not been able to come together as a group any response? This age group can make x-mas cards and send them to the troops we can paly trivia games, wheel of fortune, maybe they can make x-mas decorations for the center?? these are some ideas . Tara
OOPS, I misspelled play by the way we will have to find out if the center will fund the supplies or would we have to is so we need a budget and everyone will have to contribute once we figure out the cost any comments or suggestions? Tara
